Finding Hope in Depression (FHID)

Alongside the LOC burnout prevention coaching practice, I also founded Finding Hope in Depression (FHID) to provide a dedicated, education-led space for those navigating the specific challenges of depression and anxiety.
My work across both organisations is rooted in my own lived experience of burnout, anxiety, and depression. I realised that whilst recovery requires a specialist map, staying well requires a different set of proactive tools. FHID is that map—designed to bridge the gap between clinical treatment and a return to daily stability.
Specialist Recovery & Education
I provide structured programmes designed to help individuals and organisations move from a state of overwhelm to one of informed management and recovery. These are delivered through both in-person sessions and interactive online courses to ensure they are accessible whenever and wherever they are needed.
For Individuals & Families
- The 6-Session Recovery Course: My flagship programme covering the biology of depression, mindset shifts, and practical wellness strategies.
- Support for Supporters: Dedicated resources and guidance for friends and family members to help them understand the journey and offer effective support.
For Corporations & Community Groups
- Employee Recovery: Specialist support for staff managing depression or preparing to reintegrate into the workplace after an absence.
- Informed Workplace Cultures: I work with managers and teams to foster a supportive environment rooted in an authentic, lived-experience understanding of mental health.
